About The Role
As a Superintendent, you'll be responsible for overseeing the execution of maintenance and operation activities on site for electrical and power supply management systems (UPS, LVSB, HVSB, CRAC, Genset).
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordination activities of maintenance and operations, and testing and commissioning constructed on-site for systems of UPS, LVSB, HVSB, CRAC, Genset
- Perform installation, and maintenance (preventive and corrective) responsibilities on-site to ensure day to day operational fulfilment
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for defects reported on-site and provide solutions to troubleshoot for the override of technical and system defects
- Responsible for fault diagnostic/ investigation for identification of root cause of the incident
- Draft relevant paperwork (vendor maintenance report and progress updates) to ensure weekly key performance index/ SLA are completed for reviews
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other equivalent discipline of Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of operation and maintenance experience all of which should be obtained within the sector of Public Utilities, and E&M Contracting Services
- Registered Electrical Worker of Grade A0 or above awarded by HKSAR EMSD is required
- Individuals must have hands on experience to UPS, LVSB, HVSB, CRAC, Genset
- Good in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
