About the role
In this dynamic role, you will manage payroll and coordinate the billing for Singapore office, with outsourced support available. This role is perfect for candidates who are driven, detail-oriented, proactive, and possess high level of stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
- Oversee payroll and billing operations for contractors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with external payroll service providers to coordinate contractor payroll activities and resolve any discrepancies.
- Review and validate outsourced payroll reports and invoices to ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Act as the key point of contact for payroll-related queries from internal teams and external vendors.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to support audits, reporting, and month-end closing activities.
- Continuously monitor and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of Singapore payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
- Prior experience managing both employee and contractor payroll, including vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and billing platforms; experience with outsourced payroll providers is a plus.
- Strong analytical and review skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is required for this position.
