Senior Business Analyst (General Insurance)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of digital experiences for B2C, B2B, and B2B2C platforms.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements across underwriting, claims, and policy administration.
• Develop customer journey maps and personas tailored to insurance clients.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, collaborating with UX/UI designers and developers.
• Improve digital interactions throughout the policy lifecycle (quote, bind, renew, claim).
• Track digital KPIs and customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 5 years in General or Life Insurance.
• Track record in delivering digital solutions in agile settings.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products in Hong Kong.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
