Product Owner, Business Analyst (Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with overall business goals.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized effectively based on business value, risk, and dependencies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to shape expectations, oversee progress, and ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate post‑launch performance to measure product success and continuous improvement.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from multiple teams across the organization.
• Translate business objectives into clear user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Support system testing activities, handle issue analysis, and assist in refining solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation throughout the entire delivery cycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as development, QA, UX, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Balance business goals and technical feasibility while facilitating agile activities like sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
• Solid understanding and hands‑on experience with Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex business needs into actionable solutions.
• Experience with digital platforms or enterprise systems preferred.
• Native‑level fluency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
• Comfortable working with regional and global teams and producing bilingual documentation.
