About The Role
As an Executive Engineer (Electrical), you'll be responsible for conducting feasibility studies and develop detailed designs for electrical management and distribution systems. In addition, the individual is also responsible for tender document preparation, tender analysis, and construction supervision and management on site.
Job Responsibilities
- Examine and perform analysis on energy equipment usage data for continuous enhancement works
- Identify Energy Management Opportunities (EMO) from site surveys and execute cost benefit analysis to ensure appropriate recommendations and compiling energy audit reports are completed for future submissions to local authorities (EMSD)
- Responsible for overall project management responsibilities, such as but not limited to selection and specification, conceptual design, feasibility studies, detail design, and construction supervision of electrical and mechanical service systems
- Oversee processes of work implementation and monitor the performance of testing and commissioning upon completion
- Liaise with project stakeholders (project team, end-user, and public utilities) for design and coordination for electrical management system related projects
Job Requirements
- Master of Science or Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Energy Science & Engineering or any other relevant discipline of studies in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Building Energy Management/ MEP experience, preferably all of which should be obtained within a well-established professional engineering and consultative services company
- A CEng Chartered Engineer, Engineering Council is preferred
- A Registered Electrical Worker (B0/C0) from Electrical and Mechanical Services Department is highly preferred
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Senior Engineer (Electrical)
- Immediate Avaiblility is preferred
