Associate - VP, IBD Quality Control

Our client is a leading Chinese full-licensed securities brokerage firm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and monitor business risks in the Investment Banking Department.
• Improve execution quality in Hong Kong and overseas investment banking by reviewing transaction documents.
• Maintain and enhance internal quality control policies and IT systems related to transactions.
• Review due diligence conducted by deal teams and ensure proper documentation.
• Assess regulatory and business risks of transactions and report to senior management as needed.
• Organize and participate in internal committee meetings regarding transaction acceptance and launch.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in global investment banks, law firms or big four audit firms.
• Good knowledge of various financial products and regulations in Hong Kong and overseas.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
