About the role
The IT Project Coordinator will be responsible for the general administrative support for the day-to-day activities for their Runway 2 Special Programmes Office. This person is also responsible to assist and support the programme leaders and project managers in daily operations and delivery activities. This role repost to Resourcing and Administration manager, will support staff on-boarding activities and resources related matters.
Manage the administrative support Programme Managers, Project Managers, & Programme Office.
Coordinate and arrange the workshops, training, meetings & discussions for the SPO team.
Assist the on-site vendors settling into the company and provide general support for day-to-day delivery activities.
Arrange and maintain the schedule of various meetings (including interview appointments) and room booking of the team.
Handle routine correspondence and other general secretarial support.
Experienced in supporting programme & project managers.& expatriate members, as well as secretarial support experience
Excellent communication, organisation skills, interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
