Job Description

A leading global investment bank is looking for a non market risk candidate with institutional equity exposure to join them and help with KYC periodic remediation

Responsibilities

• Manage the Know Your Client (KYC) periodic remediation in APAC for the Institutional Equities Division
• Document processes and procedures around client management including onboarding, offboarding, periodic client review
• Take ownership of business unit operational risk monitoring and remediation processes including actively identifying and remediating operational risks in the business life cycle
• Prepare risk reporting and escalate accordingly
• Engage with front office on their related enquiries

Requirements

• Over 3 years of control or risk experience in financial services with experience in dealing with equity products across Asian markets
• Experience with client management, KYC framework, operational risk, internal audit or regulatory will be considered
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders of different seniority
• Strong presentation skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and result driven environment
• Strong analytical skills and self-motivated
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and Cantonese
• Bachelor degree
