Job Description

Associate Director - Senior Marketing Manager - Luxury Retail & Entertainment ( Property ) Associate Director - Senior Marketing Manager - Luxury Retail & Entertainment ( Property )

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, formulate and implement integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive traffic and conversion
  • Initiate and execute creative marketing campaigns via events, content development, social media activities, CRM marketing & Digital Marketing
  • Explore new channels for advertising & promotion and partnership opportunities
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives or campaigns and proactively roll out test plans to improve campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant working experience in marketing across lifestyle, retail, fashion and luxury sectors
  • Good understanding and comprehensive knowledge on the marketing & communications environment in Hong Kong, knowledge in mainland China is a plus
  • Good writing skill in editorial & marketing materials with media angle & insight
  • Solid experience in managing social media campaign/viral marketing/word of mouth marketing
  • Strong leadership with excellent organizing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity and positive working attitude
