This leading platform which an industry leader from the B2C sector has newly created a role- Senior Manager, Customer Data Analytics.

Responsibilities

You will play a vital role from the quantitative approach in terms of complex customer data analytics, including but are not limited to growing the customer base and increase the current customers' spending. You will carry out analytics regarding the earn-and-burn mechanisms. You will retrieve the data from different sources and enhance and further build out the increasingly sophisticated larger database to generate insightful analytics and present it to the top management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • A minimum of 12-15 years of quantitative/actuarial experience gained from large companies from the B2C industries, such as airlines, telecommunications, property, retail and retail/consumer banking
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
  • Prior consulting experience would be a plus
