Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a junior joining Middle Office and Sales Support functions!

Job Duties:

  • Supporting the Front office trading activities including trade booking and reconciliation
  • Support sales for KYC, onboarding and account opening activities
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and pitchbooks
  • Work closely with the front and back office parties including Settlement, Compliance etc, for smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in ad-hoc external and internal projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics and related discipline;
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales support or trade support functions in financial institution;
  • Strong product knowledge in Fixed Income is preferred;
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, Fluent in Cantonese is strongly preferred;
  • Good communication skills with a can-do attitude and capability to multi-task under pressure;
