Job Description

A prestige beverage brand is looking for a Sales Manager to formulate sales strategies to lead the brand, products and customer development at Off-trade & wholesale and retail excellence.

About the role

A distinguished brand is looking for a Key Account Manager. This role would be responsible for managing their sales channels, strategies, promotion as well as delivering retail excellence and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the budgets of sales channels for all their brands
  • Achieve sales objectives by formulating effective and efficient promotion and listing plan
  • Develop and retain business accounts
  • Build and establish positive and effective relationships with key business partners
  • Manage the brand's exclusive outlet

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or any other related field
  • 6-8 years in a sales role, preferably with luxury, fashion, beauty, or confectionary background
  • Sales and number driven with the ability to develop insight from data
  • Effective communication skills across all levels
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • A strong team player and able to work under stress
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • An ambitious self-starter with a passion in sales
  • Proficiency in research solutions to sales as well as effectiveness measurement systems
  • Proficiency in Ms Office -Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command in English and Chinese
