My client is 1st tier investment bank looking for a HR Associate to join their team. This candidate will be going to assist the HR Business Partner team.
- Provide business management and administrative support to HR specialist teams in the region (e.g. Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition), the country HR Heads and regional HR Business Partners to execute on any regional issues / initiatives / needs
- Interview scheduling and administration including online trainings
- Collation and reporting of training records
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plan and external communications for the company
- Assist in planning, production and execution of client events and internal staff events including vendor management
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in HR generalist role working directly with business managers and stakeholders
- Proven ability in successfully operating in a fast paced, matrix (geographic / functional) work environment
- Strong business acumen with a commercial approach.
