Job Description

Our client, a Network service, Cloud, Software and ICT Services business, is recruiting for an Enterprise Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships at multiple levels and drive deals from inception to close
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their business strategy, challenges, and opportunities
  • Work closely with project teams and provide a positive customer service experience according to customer's needs
  • Develop upselling opportunities with existing accounts, create and execute account plans, address tactical and strategic opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for new customer acquisition
  • Analyse the customer profiles to develop a sales plan for strategic solution selling
  • Prepare sales reports and forecast business trend to achieve the assigned sales objectives

Requirements:

  • Diploma in related fields
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in enterprise sales within the telecom industry
  • Proven track record of success in selling complex software solutions, tech products or equivalent
  • A consultative sales approach which enables listening to and understanding customer needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and Result-oriented
  • Knowledgeable in networking, information security and Cloud Computing products is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
