Job Description

Our client is a globally renowned luxury brand, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Understand the needs of customers and assist in defining customer requirements
  • Respond to enquiries from customers face-to-to-face, as well as via telephone and digital channels
  • Manage customer complaints
  • Provide full administrative support and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Not less than 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge in luxury retail is a PLUS
