Customer Service Officer (Native Japanese) - Global beauty & cosmetics eCommerce platform

About the Company

An internationally renowned beauty and skincare eCommerce platform is now looking for a Customer Service Officer (Native Japanese) to join them and support their continued growth of business in worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • General customer service operation support
  • Handle email inquiries with Japanese customers
  • Arrange for sales return processing-related duties e.g. issue/upload Sales return order, prepare return goods list to related parties;
  • Conduct order processing-related duties and arrange concrete delivery;
  • Data entry / Data processing in order management system

Requirement

  • Japanese native level is a must, English / Cantonese daily conversation level is required;
  • At least 1 year of experience in dealing with customers, preferably from ecommerce/ online business;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Customer oriented, proactive and with can-do attitude
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
