Customer Service Officer (Native Japanese) - Global beauty & cosmetics eCommerce platform
About the Company
An internationally renowned beauty and skincare eCommerce platform is now looking for a Customer Service Officer (Native Japanese) to join them and support their continued growth of business in worldwide.
- General customer service operation support
- Handle email inquiries with Japanese customers
- Arrange for sales return processing-related duties e.g. issue/upload Sales return order, prepare return goods list to related parties;
- Conduct order processing-related duties and arrange concrete delivery;
- Data entry / Data processing in order management system
- Japanese native level is a must, English / Cantonese daily conversation level is required;
- At least 1 year of experience in dealing with customers, preferably from ecommerce/ online business;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Customer oriented, proactive and with can-do attitude
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
