Job Description
Our client is a globally renowned luxury brand, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Understand the needs of customers and assist in defining customer requirements
- Respond to enquiries from customers face-to-to-face, as well as via telephone and digital channels
- Manage customer complaints
- Provide full administrative support and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Not less than 1 year of experience in customer service
- Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge in luxury retail is a PLUS
