Job Description

My client is an international financial service company, who is looking for a candidate experienced in administrative position

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and responsible for full spectrum of administrative support
- Expense claim procedure within company system
- meeting arrangement and calendar management

Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or HR
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant working experiences
- Available immediately or on short notice
- Self-motivated / Willing to learn attitude
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
