Job Description

Our client is a reputable international education institute and they are currently looking for an experienced C&B Manager talent to join their welcoming team!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all-rounded C&B functions including payroll, taxation, leave management, final payment, MPF contributions & employee's compensation
  • Manage annual C&B exercises, medical plan and insurance renewals, benchmark benefit and salary surveys
  • Lead and coach the C&B team members
  • Support the daily administration & enhancement of HRIS
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects and events as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in HR management with solid hands-on experience in C&B including payroll, 3 of which are at supervisory level
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Strong Communication, analytical skills and numerical skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team setting team player, detail-oriented & self-driven
