A well known energy management company is looking for an Engineer. With ongoing demands in operations, they are currently recruiting for individuals with exposures to control systems and integrated solutions for building infrastructures.

About the role

As an Engineer you will be responsible for the execution of Building Management System (BMS) deliverables, system designs, and project management responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Compile system designs, such as but not limited to the development of programming logics for control systems in building infrastructures
  Administer internal E&M operation workflow and communicate closely with key accounts to ensure regular BMS preventives and correctives are well planned
• Schedule the planning of T&C activities and formulate method statement and inspection forms for upcoming site work
• Counteract on-site emergency incidents/ cross disciplinary technical defects by providing the best industrial solution to the trouble-shooting process

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Holder of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or any other relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years of building services or building system management experience, preferably all of which is obtained within the industry of building and constructions
• Previous knowledge to networking portocol (TCP/IP) is preferred
• Knowledge in development of programming logic (PLC) is highly preferred
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
