Canada's leading online brokerage firm and wealth management firm is looking for a Cyber Security Manager - IAM and Data Protection

Infrastructure and data need to be safeguarded you will be involved in managing the team to deliver on operational and project priorities across Identity Access Management (IAM), Privilege Access Management (PAM) and the Data Protection domains.

Cybersecurity Manager - The Role

  • Be well-versed in all aspects of cyber security, with focus on Identity and Access Management and Data Protection controls.
  • Lead a team of Identity Access Management and Data Protection specialists.
  • Manage work intake requests balancing business priority with current team resource utilization.
  • Create roadmaps, aligned to business strategy, for IAM and Data Protection security improvement and net new initiatives.
  • Work with senior management and leadership to identify deliverable risk and escalate accordingly.
  • Engage and work with auditors for identification and ownership assignment of attestation related tasks for delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter thought leader for risk and control assessments with regards to IAM, PAM and Data Protection controls.
  • Establish and enable monitoring of KPIs and KRIs for regulatory compliance and security performance.
  • Participate in our on-call rotation including off business hours.
  • Lead team members on the implementation of IAM and Data Protection controls in a cloud hybrid environment regulated by OSIF, PCI-DSS as well as other regulatory requirements.

Required:

  • 9+ years of experience managing direct reports across solution delivery for multiple complex initiatives.
  • 8+ years of experience in administering data protection controls, data governance, regulatory requirements, PII and privacy protection, data risk assessment and data loss prevention, including defining data asset discovery and inventory, data flows, data lineage, infrastructure mapping, data stewardship and classification, database and unstructured storage configuration auditing, encryption and anonymization methods, as well as key management.
  • 5+ years of experience managing rollout of automated provisioning solutions on an enterprise level.
  • 4+ years experience in project management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of data analytics methods.
  • Hands-on experience with key components of Privileged Access Management such as, One Identity Manager, SailPoint IIQ, Microsoft Identity Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, CyberArk.
  • Deep experience with data governance and DLP technologies and solutions.
  • Previous experience in implementing data governance and protection programs and other activities that are relevant to this role.
  • Strong knowledge of technical infrastructure, public clouds, networks, databases and systems in relation to IT security, and IT risk.
  • Strong interest in furthering your Cybersecurity skills with regard to ongoing training and certifications.

· Previously worked with Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP-preferred,)

Desirable

  • CISSP certification or equivalent.
  • Privilege Account Management solutions: Cyberark, Thycotic, Beyond Trust, …
  • GCP or AWS IAM experience
