Before setting up his own business, he worked at MedicalDirector as their GM of Data and Insights and on the agency and client-side in London, Amsterdam and Milan for companies including, Ogilvy, Saatchi, Buongiorno and Virgin.

Simon has been instrumental in the transformation of the NSW Data Analytics Centre to an agile culture. He and his team have built an advanced analytics service in the commercial cloud which delivers the necessary capability and scalability to support Customer Service department and NSW Government as a whole.
Simon has over 20 years of experience in data, technology and transformation in seven different countries across three continents. He has worked for companies such as Macquarie, Westpac, HSBC, IBM and Motorola. Recently Simon was recognised as one of the top 20 CIOs in Australia as part of the 2019 CIO50 awards.

Leanne (Lee) Ward is the IBM Partner responsible for Cognitive Process Transformation working with customers to deploy cognitive solutions that address business challenges and create new insights. Lee has a substantial background in running very significant P&Ls and major transformation and change programs. She has led teams from small professional teams of 10 members through to 3000+ organisations and has worked across many industry sectors including Finance and Banking, IT&T, Federal and State Government and Infrastructure, maintenance and facilities management and commercial small business.
She is a long-term lobbyist for Diversity and Inclusion in business in both a corporate and voluntary capacity and has led several programs to improve diversity in the workplace.

Emma is also CEO and founder of goto.game, a leading data-driven agency and destination for all things gaming and esports, which she founded in 2017.
Emma won the 2014 Carnegie’s Den investment round which led to further funding, and is a Portfolio CEO for Heads Over Heels. She is a recipient of the AGSM Anita Prabhu Women Leaders in Business Award for entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership and business acumen, was awarded the Pearcey Foundation Tech Entrepreneur of the Year Award for NSW in 2016, and won the ACS CXO Disruptor of the Year Award in 2018 and an ACS award for Thought Leadership in 2019.
