The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Tax Director to join the Financial Services team in London. This is a senior leadership role, with responsibility for delivering high-quality tax advisory services, managing a portfolio of clients, and driving growth within the practice. You'll work with a wide range of financial services organisations, providing strategic advice on complex tax issues while developing and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of Financial Services clients, providing clear, tailored tax advice.

Oversee and review complex technical work, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.

Contribute to business development through networking, pitching and thought leadership.

Manage budgets, billing and financial performance for your client portfolio.

Mentor and develop Associate Directors and other team members, supporting their career progression.
About You

Chartered Accountant and/or Chartered Tax Adviser (ACA / CTA or equivalent).

Extensive corporate tax experience within Financial Services.

Proven track record of managing complex client portfolios.

Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate and nurture new opportunities.

Experienced people leader with a collaborative, mentoring approach.

Commercially minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
