Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Account Executive to join a highly respected, privately owned insurance brokerage in Belfast. This organisation is known for its strong client focus, supportive culture, and long-term career development opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of commercial clients while working closely with a dedicated support team-including Account Managers, a New Business Broker, Contact Manager, and Claims Team.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage new business prospects to generate new clients

Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial accounts

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and solutions

Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to deliver added-value services

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce

Strong understanding of commercial insurance and relevant classes of business

Proven ability to identify and win new business opportunities
