Join a leading operations and supply chain services company supporting major Japanese manufacturers as a Customer Support Specialist. You will manage order processing, logistics coordination, and customer communication while leading initiatives to improve operational workflows and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Manage orders between customers and factories, including shipment instructions and delivery scheduling.
- Coordinate production capacity adjustments based on forecasted orders and internal team discussions.
- Handle returns, complaints, and refunds while monitoring accounts receivable and payable.
- Plan and execute operational improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Propose, build, and optimize internal business processes and SOP improvements.
- Use operational systems and tools to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with related departments to ensure seamless customer support and end-to-end order flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a logistics point of contact, including trade administration.
- Knowledge of order processing, delivery management, and process improvement.
- Experience using order, shipment, and complaint management systems.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
- Business-level Japanese and English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
