Join a fast-growing global travel-tech leader and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across Japan. You will partner closely with hiring managers, influence talent strategy, strengthen employer branding, and help shape the company's recruitment infrastructure as the Japan business expands. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment while driving impactful talent acquisition initiatives.
Manage full-cycle recruitment in Japan, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management
Partner with hiring managers and regional stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective hiring solutions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance market visibility
Monitor talent market trends and adjust hiring strategies accordingly
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations
Optimize recruitment workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and candidate experience
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
Bachelor's degree or higher
Skilled in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); PowerPoint is a plus
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and local job boards for talent sourcing
Highly adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Self-driven, proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented
Passion for continuous learning and improving recruitment processes
English: Fluent
Japanese: Fluent
Experience in high-tech, travel-tech, or recruitment agency environments
Exposure to employer branding, talent attraction, or recruitment marketing projects
Familiarity with labor market trends, recruitment compliance, or HR policies
