A globally recognized FMCG beverage company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment initiatives for its Japan organization. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to design and execute effective hiring strategies while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in scaling the organization, enhancing recruitment processes, and strengthening employer branding in a fast-paced international environment. You will collaborate with both Japanese and global stakeholders to attract and secure top talent across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining hiring requirements through onboarding for assigned functions.
- Collaborate with Japanese and international hiring managers to refine hiring criteria and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage and coordinate external recruitment agencies, including negotiation, briefing, and performance management.
- Develop and execute candidate pipeline strategies through agency partnerships, direct sourcing, and referral programs.
- Design and coordinate interview processes while improving overall candidate experience initiatives.
- Manage the offer process, including compensation discussions and candidate closing.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvement and hiring efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and contribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of professional recruitment experience, particularly in mid-career hiring.
- Experience recruiting within large organizations or complex corporate environments.
- Operational understanding of administrative or corporate function hiring.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to proactively drive recruitment processes and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with diverse hiring managers.
- High resilience and execution capability, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Logical, structured communication style with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to balance speed and accuracy while maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong commitment to delivering consistent recruitment results.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level

- Experience working in global or multinational companies.
- Familiarity with data-driven recruitment processes and KPI tracking.
