Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a training and development strategy aligned with business and global objectives.
- Design and deliver leadership, communication, and technical training programs.
- Manage the training team, including daily operations, budget, and team development.
- Collaborate with global headquarters to localize international training materials.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics and analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in learning & development or corporate training.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams of 3 or more members.
- Proven experience delivering sales, scientific, or leadership training programs.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Excellent communication skills for working with global and local stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to organizational change.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of medical representative training and compliance standards
- Experience working with global headquarters or international teams
- Professional certifications in coaching or training
