Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute global HR and organizational strategies aligned with corporate and business objectives
- Lead company-wide workforce planning and organizational design initiatives across multiple regions
- Manage large-scale, cross-functional HR strategy and transformation projects from planning through execution
- Act as a strategic partner to senior management, supporting decision-making on critical people and organizational topics
- Collaborate with global HR teams and corporate functions to deliver consistent and scalable people strategies
- Identify organizational challenges through data analysis and stakeholder engagement, and develop actionable solutions
- Lead special assignments and high-priority initiatives, including urgent or management-driven projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects within consulting firms or complex corporate environments
- Experience working in global or multinational organizations with diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong background in strategy development, organizational design, or business transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and cross-border projects in dynamic environments
