    About the job

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-leading medical technology company at the forefront of cancer diagnostics in Japan. As a Regional Account Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding the adoption of innovative oncology testing solutions, working closely with medical professionals and healthcare institutions. You will contribute directly to improving patient outcomes by helping bring advanced, minimally invasive cancer testing technologies to market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage early-stage customers to drive adoption of new oncology diagnostic technologies
    • Lead new product launches and manage promotional activities across your assigned sales territory
    • Plan and execute territory strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key medical experts, hospitals, and healthcare decision-makers
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver technical information while ensuring compliance with company policies

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    Experience:
    • 7+ years of experience in medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
    • Experience in oncology, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or life sciences is strongly preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field
    • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools
    Soft Skills:
    • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire for career growth
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Comfortable engaging with medical professionals both in person and through digital platforms
    Language Requirements:
    • Japanese: Native level
    • English: Conversational level

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience selling advanced diagnostic or medical technology products
    • Strong understanding of the Japanese healthcare and life sciences market
