Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive clinical training plans and educational materials aligned with Japanese medical regulations

- Represent the company in professional committees contributing to updates of clinical guidelines and safety protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- University degree in nursing, biomedical science, or a related medical/life sciences field
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in endoscopy or infection control
- Proven experience in clinical education, medical training, or medical device portfolio management
- Ability to communicate effectively in global environments with business-level English and fluent Japanese
