- Stay updated on medical device trends, including AI-driven clinical decision support, to ensure training remains current and competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales training.
- At least 3 years of experience in medical sales within the life sciences or medical device industry.
- Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end training programs.
- Experience using data analytics and CRM systems such as Salesforce to drive performance improvement.
