Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and clinical data to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards to visualize performance and business health.
- Define requirements and manage CRM and system enhancement projects end-to-end.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for data integration, automation, and process optimization.
- Deliver timely and accurate business intelligence insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience in data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
- Experience creating presentation materials and documentation using PowerPoint.
- Experience managing meetings and project workflows from planning to execution.
- Experience leading project planning, scheduling, and quality management.
