Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy a next-generation AI-driven affiliate marketing platform.
- Build scalable cloud-native applications using Go, React, GraphQL, and modern software architecture.
- Investigate system bottlenecks and optimize application performance for reliability and scalability.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and deployment processes.
- Gather technical and business requirements while providing solutions to stakeholder inquiries.
- Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices to ensure high-quality code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to continuously improve development processes and product delivery.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 5+ years of software engineering or application development experience.
- Strong experience with Go, React, GraphQL, OAuth, and RDBMS technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Run, Terraform, and Cloud Pub/Sub.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications and modern distributed systems.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Gemini, or similar AI coding assistants.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, automated workflows, and software engineering best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global engineering environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams.
