A leading global healthcare and life sciences organization is seeking a Commercial Systems Product Owner to drive the evolution of enterprise commercial systems across the APAC region.
Based in Tokyo, this role serves as the strategic bridge between regional business stakeholders and global technology teams, helping transform how the organization manages pricing, commercial offerings, contract lifecycle management, and digital business processes.
You will own the regional product roadmap, lead Agile product development initiatives, and collaborate with commercial, technology, and data teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the regional product roadmap for commercial contracting and offering management systems.
- Partner with commercial business teams to identify process gaps and technology improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with global IT and engineering teams to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, and prioritized Agile backlogs.
- Lead a cross-functional Agile product team to deliver high-impact software enhancements and new features.
- Manage product lifecycles from implementation and rollout through ongoing optimization and support.
- Work closely with data architecture teams to develop analytics and reporting solutions.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across pricing, contracting, and commercial operations functions.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and ensure successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives.
- Support regional business growth through technology-enabled process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience managing enterprise software delivery projects, technical programs, or product initiatives.
- Proven experience working within complex global and matrix organizations.
- Hands-on experience leading or supporting large-scale enterprise system implementations.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Ability to assess solution feasibility and collaborate effectively with architects and development teams.
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and digital transformation initiatives.

- Background as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Experience using Jira, Miro, or similar collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous process improvement methodologies.
- Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or business intelligence initiatives.
