Key Responsibilities
- Install, rack, stack, cable, and decommission enterprise servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
- Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, component replacements, and break/fix activities to maintain optimal system performance.
- Monitor data center health and respond to hardware incidents within defined SLA targets.
- Execute planned maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, hardware deployments, and system migrations.
- Support structured cabling, asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and equipment tracking.
- Follow change management processes, operational procedures, and industry best practices for data center operations.
- Collaborate with local and global engineering teams to resolve infrastructure issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous operational improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a data center, IT infrastructure, or hardware support environment.
- Experience working with enterprise servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking, structured cabling, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and mission-critical environments is preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical documentation and follow detailed operational procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills within multicultural environments.

- Experience working in hyperscale or enterprise data center environments.

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and enterprise networking technologies.
- Hardware certifications or vendor certifications are advantageous.
- Interest in progressing into infrastructure engineering, cloud, networking, or site operations roles.
