Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery for CDN platform development and operations.
- Develop project roadmaps and ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service providers, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare project proposals, technical documentation, monthly billing reports, and project status updates.
- Align project objectives with business requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate release planning, operational approvals, and deployment activities.
- Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and communicate project status, risks, issues, and progress to management.
- Foster collaboration across engineering, operations, product, and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of project management experience within software development, product development, or IT environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and balancing competing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Experience managing project risks, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities with a structured approach to project delivery.
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable project plans.

- Agile or Project Management certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital platforms or e-commerce services.
