This role focuses on building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals while promoting advanced oncology solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Promote oncology-related medical products and technologies to hospitals and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with physicians, medical staff, and key stakeholders
- Identify customer needs and challenges, proposing appropriate products and solutions
- Collect and analyze market trends and competitor information, sharing insights internally
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales activities and customer support
- Record and report sales activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of sales experience in the medical, biotech, or healthcare industry
- Experience engaging and building relationships with healthcare professionals or medical-related clients
- Proven track record of managing an assigned territory or customer base
- Experience identifying customer needs and proposing suitable products or services
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
