Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding trading platforms, funding, and account administration.
- Support onboarding for new clients, including first deposits and trading setup, ensuring smooth activation and satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to share product features, service benefits, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently and enhance the overall user experience.
- Manage client data updates, access permissions, and ensure adherence to internal compliance policies.
- Collect and share client feedback to improve digital tools and streamline the client journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles, ideally within financial products such as FX, equities, or derivatives.
Technical and Functional Knowledge:
- Understanding of financial operations and trading platform functionality.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Native proficiency (essential for client communication).
- English: Intermediate to Business-level proficiency (for internal coordination and reporting).

- JSDA qualification or equivalent financial services license.
- Familiarity with compliance or KYC procedures within financial institutions.
