Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for global HRIS platforms, overseeing large-scale implementations, enhancements, and governance
- Act as a trusted advisor and internal consultant to senior HR and business leaders on HR technology strategy and roadmap
- Define and drive enterprise-wide HR process optimization aligned with business growth and transformation initiatives
- Own complex, multi-stream HRIS programs, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and delivery oversight
- Lead cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful execution and adoption of HR system solutions
- Establish standards, best practices, and governance models to maximize the long-term value of HR technology investments
- Mentor and develop team members, supporting capability building and organizational maturity
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Extensive experience leading large-scale HRIS initiatives, including implementation, enhancement, and global rollout of enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
- Proven ownership of end-to-end project lifecycles, from strategy and design through deployment and stabilization
- Strong experience partnering with senior HR, IT, and business stakeholders in complex, multinational environments
- Hands-on exposure to global HR processes, HR data governance, and enterprise-scale HR operations

- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance big-picture objectives and operational detail
