Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize employee records with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Japanese labor regulations.
- Manage payroll, attendance, salary administration, and support HR budgeting and cost reporting.
- Collaborate with corporate HR teams to align policies, share reports, and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Support management with HR-related legal matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and social insurance requirements.
- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and preparing competitive offers.
- Plan and manage employee training, development programs, and internal communication to enhance engagement and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of Japanese labor law, HR administration, social insurance, and employment regulations.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, strong integrity, and the ability to work independently.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Business level.
- English: Fluent.
