Key Responsibilities
- Provide risk and compliance advisory services to global financial institutions.
- Support internal audit co-sourcing and transformation initiatives.
- Lead and execute financial regulatory strategy and compliance programs (domestic and international).
- Assist with market entry strategies, including regulatory approvals and licensing in Japan.
- Deliver risk management advisory across banking, securities, asset management, and fintech sectors.
- Engage with clients to drive projects, facilitate discussions, and deliver insights.
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-border consulting projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in risk, compliance, or internal audit within financial institutions or consulting firms.
- Practical experience with financial regulations and regulatory interactions.
- Experience working in global or multinational environments.
