Working with multinational clients, you will advise on HR operating models, transform end-to-end HR processes, and lead technology-enabled people transformation programmes that create measurable business value.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR transformation professional to work at the intersection of HR strategy, HR technology, change management, and AI-driven transformation, while collaborating with international teams on high-profile projects across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on HR transformation strategies, target operating models, and enterprise transformation roadmaps.
- Assess, redesign, and optimize HR organizations, including HR Business Partner (HRBP), Centre of Excellence (CoE), and Shared Services models.
- Design and improve end-to-end HR processes across the Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle.
- Lead HR technology transformation initiatives, including solution evaluation, implementation, integration, and optimization.
- Facilitate workshops, manage key stakeholders, and drive organizational change and user adoption.
- Develop transformation deliverables including operating model blueprints, process documentation, business cases, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global consulting teams to deliver complex HR transformation programmes.
- Support clients in adopting innovative technologies including AI, automation, and digital HR solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience in HR Transformation, HR Consulting, or strategic HR initiatives within a consulting firm or corporate environment.
- Experience designing HR operating models and HR service delivery frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience delivering complex transformation programmes or managing large project workstreams.
- Experience working within multinational, cross-functional, or global project environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience with payroll, workforce management, or time management transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, or similar HR technology platforms.
- Experience with HR Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of change management, organizational transformation, and business readiness methodologies.
- Exposure to AI, automation, people analytics, workforce planning, or digital HR transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting talent management, skills transformation, or workforce strategy programmes.
