Key Responsibilities
- Advise executive stakeholders on HR transformation strategies, target operating models, and enterprise-wide transformation roadmaps.
- Lead the assessment, redesign, and optimization of HR organizations, including HR Business Partner (HRBP), Centre of Excellence (CoE), and Shared Services operating models.
- Drive the transformation of end-to-end HR processes across the Hire-to-Retire employee lifecycle.
- Lead large-scale HR technology transformation programmes, including solution selection, implementation, integration, and optimization.
- Facilitate executive workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and lead organizational change and business adoption initiatives.
- Develop strategic transformation deliverables, including operating model blueprints, process documentation, implementation plans, and executive presentations.
- Oversee multiple consulting engagements while providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project teams.
- Support clients in leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital HR solutions to modernize HR functions and improve organizational performance.
- Contribute to business development, client relationship management, and the continued growth of the HR Transformation consulting practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in HR Transformation, HR Consulting, or strategic HR initiatives within a consulting firm or large enterprise.
- Proven expertise designing HR operating models and HR service delivery frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Extensive experience leading complex enterprise transformation programmes and managing multiple large-scale workstreams.
- Experience delivering projects within multinational, cross-functional, or global organizations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Soft Skills:
- Outstanding analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, high-value transformation strategies.
- Exceptional executive stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills in both client-facing and leadership environments.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience leading payroll, workforce management, or time management transformation programmes.
- Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, or similar HR technology platforms.
- Experience leading HR Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in change management, organizational transformation, and business readiness.
- Experience applying AI, automation, analytics, or digital HR technologies within enterprise HR functions.
- Knowledge of people analytics, workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, or skills transformation initiatives.
