Key Responsibilities
- Source and originate domestic and international M&A opportunities through proactive business development activities.
- Conduct client presentations and advise business owners on strategic M&A solutions.
- Perform company valuations and prepare high-quality proposal materials and transaction documentation.
- Introduce opportunities to domestic and international buyers and support commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate meetings and discussions between sellers and prospective buyers.
- Manage transaction processes from initial engagement through due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
- Negotiate key contractual terms and facilitate successful deal execution across cross-border transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate sales, business development, consulting, financial services, or a related client-facing role.
- Experience managing relationships with corporate clients and senior decision-makers.
- Exposure to international clients or English-speaking business environments is highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services is preferred.
- Experience selling to business owners, executives, or C-level stakeholders is advantageous.
