Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle sales activities, including prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Approach key decision-makers in hotels, chains, and travel tech partners
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize offerings for Japan
- Analyze pipeline metrics, sales performance, and client feedback
- Represent the company at events and support regional go-to-market strategies
- Share client insights with product teams to support innovation and development
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years in business development or B2B sales, ideally in hospitality, SaaS, or travel tech
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Strong ability to run demos and tailor sales proposals
Soft Skills:
- Consultative sales approach with a hunter mindset
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native level (required)
- English: Intermediate to business level
