This high-impact position focuses on advancing technology adoption across airline platforms such as reservations, CRM, and merchandising. You'll serve as a strategic advisor to senior airline stakeholders, helping shape the future of commercial airline IT infrastructure in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to key airline clients, driving strategic and commercial planning
- Manage senior relationships, overseeing pricing, renewals, and long-term program alignment
- Promote adoption of critical IT systems such as reservation, CRM, and merchandising platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, delivery, and marketing teams to deliver custom solutions
- Represent the company at major industry events, executive briefings, and client summits
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years in airline IT sales, account management, or strategic technology leadership
- Deep knowledge of airline commercial systems such as PSS, CRM, merchandising, or ancillary tools
- Proven track record managing C-level relationships and long-cycle enterprise partnerships
- Ability to manage complex internal and external stakeholders across global teams
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Japanese: Native-level fluency
- English: Business-level fluency
