Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing insurance clients, ensuring long-term partnership success.

- Lead proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and deal closure to achieve business targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales or account management within the insurance industry (both Life and P&C sectors).
- Experience working with Japanese and global clients in a consulting or professional services environment.
Communication:
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
Negotiation:
- Skilled in contract discussions and deal closure with both domestic and international clients.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent (for client communication and negotiations).
- English: Business level (for coordination with global teams).

- Adaptability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
