This role offers full ownership of marketing strategy, product launches, and budget management to deliver meaningful impact for pets and their owners. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with global teams and external partners, using market insights to shape brand direction and expand commercial success in a fast-growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead long-term marketing strategies and new product launches for pet healthcare brands in Japan
- Manage key marketing activities including pricing strategy, advertising campaigns, and professional events for veterinarians
- Track brand performance using market data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Build strong partnerships with external agencies, industry experts, and internal global stakeholders
- Own brand budgets and financial targets, ensuring strong ROI and sustainable growth
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Proven success in launching new products and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong ability to manage branding, go-to-market strategy, and commercial performance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook
