A global medical technology company is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and AI-based patient monitoring product launches in Japan. This role focuses on expanding market share in critical care, ICU, and anesthesia solutions, partnering with clinical experts, and driving growth for advanced medical devices. You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy and accelerating adoption of innovative healthcare technology across hospitals in Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to launch new medical devices and increase market share in critical care.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to build long-term business strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical experts, KOLs, and clinical societies.
- Train and support the sales team with product knowledge and technical guidance to drive hospital adoption.
- Lead cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, and clinical teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in new product launches or go-to-market strategy.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% for meetings and hospital visits.

Language Requirements:
